      Description


        Due to a bug in the native method ReadFileToBuffer(), when running on
        Linux (Red Hat 7.2) only the system config file is used by the native code,
        not the user specific config file as well.

        This means the native code will not use customized splash screens, launch
        with user selected JRES, or honor other user settings.
