uninstalling JRE removes CLSID {08B0E5C0-4FCB-11CF-AAA5-00401C608501}

Browser : IE
Build : /net/sqesvr/deployment3/hopper/JPI-PIT-11/win32.PIT11

Problem : uninstalling JRE, removes the
CLSID {08B0E5C0-4FCB-11CF-AAA5-00401C608501}, Due to this users will not be able to use Microsoft VM anymore.

Steps to Reproduce :

1.) Make sure MS VM is installed on the target machine
2.) Go to java.sun.com
3.) Applet on java.sun.com would be loaded
4.) Install J2RE from /net/sqesvr/deployment3/hopper/JPI-PIT-11/win32.PIT11
5.) During Installation check both (IE / NS ) browsers to use sun's jvm
6.) After installation go to java.sun.com --> applets are being loaded fine
7.) Now un-uninstall J2RE
8.) Reboot the system
9.) Go to java.sun.com

Result : The applets are unable to load and prompts to download/install Microsoft VM.
