1.4.1_16 - Term "Control Panel" is inconsistently translated for swedish

1. Launch the Control Panel
2. Launch the help

In title bar of the ControlPanel and in the about tab the string "Java Plug-In Control Panel" is the same as in english.

If you look in the help the Heading "Java Plug -in Control Panel Help" is translated as "Java Plug -in Control Panel Hjalp" but on the title bar of the help dialog its transated as "Kontrollpaneien for Java Plug in".

Throughout the help the term "Control Panel" is translated inconsistently
