P2 Description
The autodownloading dialog cannot display the Japanese properly.
It works fine on Windows XP but not on the other Windows, 98 and 2000.

More details from Japanese engineer Kurosaki-san:
On Windows 98, the Japanese chars are garbled.
On Windows 2000, the Japanese chars are not displayed but ascii chars
are only displayed.
As far as I found, the following messages in jinstall_ja.rc are not
displayed properly.
"Java(TM) Technology"
"Java(TM) technology powers the best interactive content on the Web."
"Estimated time left: %d min %.0f sec"
All the titles of the dialog are displayed correctly in Japanese.
The content of jinstall_ja.rc is not garbled so it seems that there is
a problem in building .cab file.

It's reproducible even use the rc b18 jinstall-1_4_1-windows-i586.cab.
This problem has a potential to be a showstopper for localization.
