AsyncGetCallTrace() doesn't report a correct bci for leaf compiled methods

If a leaf method of a Java stack is dynamically compiled AsyncGetCallTrace()
returns -1 for its byte-code index. That prohibits annotated source/bytecode
of such methods in the Performance Analyzer.
