Observed in all platforms/OS'es.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE :

1. Install 1.4.2 b19 JRE/SDK
2. Go to SDK Folder and open the following files.
Link to System Requirements & Installation Instructions inside README.html & README.txt/README file points to http://webwork.sfbay/j2se/1.4.2/install.html
It should point to java.sun.com.
this is a highly visible bug. Please fix this ASAP
