Support Java Plug-in on 64-bit Itanium

Currently there is no way to run the Java plugin on 64-bit Itanium systems. A supported version of Java plugin should be made available. Although the primary functionality of these machines is expected to be for server usage, it appears that users also want to run client software such as java plugin on them.
It would be nice to have support for the 32-bit java plugin on 64-bit Itanium systems.
