Image.getScaledImage throws NPE in headless mode

    Description

      Image.getScaledImage throws a NullPointerException when run in headless (-Djava.awt.headless=true) mode. This is a regression which first appeared in Tiger build b05. This problem causes the following JCK test to fail:
      api/java_awt/java2d/image/BufferedImage/index.html#GetTesttestCase11.

      Attached is a very simple stand-alone test that illustrates the problem.
