AWT-ATOK12: IM status does not follow with actual conversion state

Bundle: j2sdk-1_3_1_09-fcs-bin-b01-solaris-i586-16_may_2003.sh

Reproduce:

  1. Run the attached AWT simple program.
     % java abc
  2. Bring up the program with IM status footer.
  3. Click in the textField1 and show up "ATOK" on the footer.
  4. Turn on the conversion to press Ctrl + Space.
  5. Press 'a' three times.
  6. Click in the textarea at the bottom.

It doesn't change IM status to "ATOK" and the footer shows up
the status what you can convert even if the conversion turns off.
