Regression : License file shows as Java TM as one word

Steps to Reproduce
------------------

1.) In the license file for j2re the following is displayed

JAVATM 2 RUNTIME ENVIRONMENT (J2RE)

There is no space between Java & TM and sounds like JAVATM one completed word

* This problem is see only on Unix Platforms whereas this would not be a problem
  on Windows as it displays in superscript format.

NOTE : On 1.4.1_03 releases it displays the following
              JAVA(TM) 2 RUNTIME ENVIRONMENT (J2RE)
              ^^^^^^^^
