In Tiger the JaWS is creating the system cache in /etc/.java/deployment/cache. Usually a normal user doesn't have access permission to /etc in Solaris & Linux. In that case when a Normal User tries to import into system cache, there should be a message saying that the user doesn't have the permission to access the system cache.
Currently a download error message is showing, which is highly misleading the normal user, this error message should be changed.
