Vtest hang after 5 days run on windows2003 itanium 64bits with C2 flag

Vtest fail after 22 hours with intermittent fail
and finally we have to reboot the windows system

Vtest fail after 6 hours at tiger_b25 with c2 flag run on the machine with smae configuration.
