    Description


      JRE is not installed if a c:/ drive does not exist. No registry keys are created. No plugins registered in the browsers.

      JDK installs ok to <windows drive>:/jdk1.3.1_X
      No entry created under <windows drive>:/program files/javasoft/jre...
      Reproduced with 131_10b1


      This is a regression. Above method worked up until 1.3.1_05.
      Installs work ok for 142 jre's.
