Single tab click is not working for "Java Web Start Invalid Argument" error dial

Single tab click is not working for "Java Web Start - Invalid Argument Error" dialog to transfer focus from "OK" button to "Details" button.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Install j2re1.5.0 build 24
2.In command prompt type javaws with invalid jnlp file URL
3."Java Web Start" -Invalid Argument Error" dialog will popup
4.click tab key from keyboard

the focus will not shift from ok button to Details button,If the tab is pressed second time the focus will transfer to Details button.The focus transfer should happen in one tab click.

Bug is not reproducible in b25 and b26,it was reproducible in b24.
