JSR160: Number of lost notifications not correct

On the agent side, i create 3 connector servers (rmi, iiop and jmxmp)
and a notification broadcaster which send 10000 notifications.
On the client side, i create 100 connectors. Each of them listen for
ALL the notifications emitted by the notification broadcaster,
and for the notifications lost.

At the end of the test, the number of (received + lost) notifications is
greater then the number of sent notifications.

Note that this bug happens more often using iiop and rmi
than jmxmp (but it can happens with all the 3 protocols).

The test cases have been updated to send only notifications :
the create/delete queries have been removed.
The tests still fail with great number of sent notifs (100000).
For now, reproduced only using iiop (the slowest protocol).

Nevertheless, the behavior described in the evaluation
limitate considerably the use of the lost notifications.
