incomplete spec for TrustManagerFactory.getInstance(String)

Current java implementation throws NullPointerException in case
javax.net.ssl.TrustManagerFactory.getInstance(String algorithm) is being
called while algorithm is null. While this is reasonable specification
should mention this explicitly.
