REGRESSION: Constant Field Values page is missing many constants

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
The constants that appear on this page only go up to java.awt.color.*

For instance, there is no entry for the constant java.sql.Types.Bit
(http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/api/constant-values.html#java.sql.Types.BIT)

which doesn't show in the browser.

Version 1.4.0rc contains the constants.
Version 1.4.1 and 1.4.2 the constants are missing.



EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
The Constant Field Values page should display every constant for all packages.

ACTUAL -
The constants which are displayed only go up to java.awt.color.*

Release Regression From : merlin-rc1
The above release value was the last known release where this
bug was known to work. Since then there has been a regression.
