demo/applets remarks

Here are some remarks about demo/applets tests.

1) Reload from appletviewer's menu crashes the applet.
   To reproduce a problem:
   - run an applet in appletviewer
   - wait for starting
   - select from menu: Applet|Stop
   - select from menu: Applet|Reload
2) When `Restart' is activated from appletviewer's menu then
   the applet should work from the beginning.
   But, TicTacToe, Cardtest and others do not run so
   - they make just continue...
   WireFrame for example starts from random position, somehow.
2) SwingApplet after selecting from appletviewer's menu `Stop',
   and after that `Start' shows empty window.
3) SwingSet2. Choose `JOptionPane Demo'. Press `Show Input Dialog'
   and `Cancel' button there. You can see the same message as
   after OK button.
4) DrawTest shows blinking picture when you select points
   and move randomly mouse with pressed mouse-button.
   If mouse pointer is outside of the window, then all
   points will be browsed if you resize the window.
5) SimpleGraph test shows some random curve but `Info...' says that it's a sin
   graph.
