RequiredModelMBean.setAttribute should throw exception if no setMethod and no currencyTimeLimit

The DescriptorSupport only defines "getMyAttribute", so when calling
RequiredModelMBean.setAttribute, a ServiceNotFoundException is expected.
Instead, the setAttribute odes not throw any exception as if it succeeded.
