Control buttons on non-focused InternalFrame don't show mouse click effects

Control buttons on non focused JInternalFrame don't show mouse click effects
in Java look and feel's Ocean theme.
It works fine in all other theme of Java L&F and problem exist only with
Ocean theme

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open SwingSet2
2) Go to JInternalFrame demo
3) Switch to Java L&F(If not already)
4) Click over any control buttons(Minimize, maximize or close) of
   JInternalFrame which don't have focus, and see it will work
   but it will not show mouse click as it shows when JInternalFrame
   have focus.

Note:
It shows this effect in all other L&Fs and in all themes of Java L&F except OCEAN theme
