Scrollbar arrow buttons are not rendered properly when using bluepring 0.7.4.1 theme in GTK

Steps to reproduce:
1) Run SwingSet2 with following runtime option
-Dswing.gtkthemefile=/net/sqindia.india.sun.com/export/disk05/swing/blueprint-0.7.4.1/Theme/gtk-2.0/gtkrc
2) Switch to Gtk L&F
3) Go to JScrollPane demo
4) Now observe bottom arrow of vertical scrollbar, and right arrow of horizontal scrollbar
   they are not same as the arrow at other part of the scrollbar and also they are not
   in proper triangular shape.
