JSR 206: add reset() method to allow reuse of Objects v. expensive creation of n

the JSR 206 Expert Group has requested that a reset() method be added to Factory created Objects. this will allow for the reuse of existing Objects v. expensive creation of new Objects. reuse will allow for caching, pooling and other performance patterns.
