style not applied to ja text in awt components

In awt components such as Choice, Label, List, etc, japanese text are not styled italic/bold properly. Please refer to the attached image [label.gif].

To reproduce;
1. cd to i18n_tiger_ws/i18n/src/GS.
2. $ sh run_gs.sh -jdk:$JAVA_HOME font-render/awt/one/LabelRenderTest1.java
