zh,zh_TW: memonic key of "Exit" in Java applet viewer is incorrect

Reproduction:
1. Invoke Java Control Panel
2. Click "Settings" in General Tab and then Click button "View Java Applet" to inovke java applet cache viewer

On the menu, the memonoci key for Exit is E, but it should be X
