Unapproved JAXP API change in jdk1.5.0-b55: datatype

jaxp13-b18 and jdk15-b55 introduce the following API change in the signature of the class
javax.xml.datatype.Duration:

abstract modifier is removed from the following methods:

    public abstract QName getXMLSchemaType()
    public abstract String toString()

This change is not found in CCC requests.
