A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
On the "Update" page of Control Panel time and date are switched for time/date of last update (at least in the german locale).


STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
open Control Panel, goto update page (update has to be done at least once before)

Output:
