Description
New time zone data tzdata2005h has been released on April 4, 2005. Changes in this release are:
* Kazakhstan no longer observes DST.
* Add guesses for when the Chagos Archipelago and the Cocos Islands
introduced standard time (around 1900, in both cases).
* Western Samoa changed its name to Samoa; this affects the data in
iso3166.tab, but not in the tz database proper.
