An appln that can run offline associates "Enter" key for "Run Online" mode on the pop up

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Install jre
2) Clean cache
3) Launch a JNLP application which can be run off-line by default
./javaws http://web-east.east/www/tests/1.6.0/6274477/offline.jnlp

4) Launch cache viewer (./javaws -viewer)
5) Select the application
The "Run" button is highlighted in Orange colour, meaning the application can be run offline by default

5) Now Right click on selected application

The keyboard shortcut associated for "Run Online" on the pop up menu has "Enter" key

An application that can be run offline by default should have "Enter" key associated for "Run Offline" on the popup menu, same as represented through "Run" button
