Accept/Decline label is not displayed clearly when French locale is chosen

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Change locale to French (Non English)
2) Install jre on windows machine
3) The install wizard displays the license agreement

The option for choosing Accept/Decline license agreement does not fit within the label area of the radio button. Hence the options are not clearly displayed.
