HPROF: Add option to control primitive data output

Adding back in primitive data to the hprof heap dumps brings up a possible issue that the hprof dump files from Tiger to Mustang will grow, so it seemed like a good idea and simple process of adding options to control the primitive data.

The default would be to include all primitive data.

Option 1:
    primfields=y|n

Option 2:
    primarrays=y|n
