Add debug option to cause before / after dumps of retransformed/redefined classes

This could assist in debugging re* problems.
There is an existing product option called TraceRedefineClasses.
I wonder if this debugging aide should be added as yet another
tracing level with the existing option or if it should be a
new flag option. Interesting...
