Choosing Run Online/Offline from populated menu on cache viewer needs a second click to select optio

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Install jre
2) Clean cache (\rm -rf ~/.java)
3) Launch a JNLP application
(./javaws http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/mg.jnlp)
4) Launch cache viewer (./javaws -viewer)
5) Select the launched application and keep mouse pressed on "Run" button which populates the Run Online/Run Offline menu
By default, "Run Online" is highlighted
6) Now without dismissing the mouse click, try to gain focus on the option "Run Offline"
This does not work.
 
The user has to dismiss the mouse click and then move the mouse over the populated menu to choose "Run Offline" option, which needs a extra click
 

Expected Behavior:

Moving the mouse over the populated menu from "Run" button should facilitate the user to choose either of the choice without dismissing the mouse-click and clicking again on the options [Run Offline/Run Offline] to make a selection
