redundant focus event occurs when modal dialog is shown

The testcase just shows a dialog with a button.

If the dialog is modal then double focus event (FocusEvent.FOCUS_GAINED) occurs.

The problem is reproducible on Windows XP, jdk6 b60.
The problem is not reproducible on linux.

Not reproducible on Linix.
