Description
Build: /net/jano/export/disk29/jcg/NightlyBuilds/i18n/mustang/archived/2006-03-08-int.mustang
OS: RHAS 4
Locale: zh_TW
Host: i18n-hp733-6
Run Font2DTest
Font: DialogInput (or Monospaced)
Range: CJK Unified Idographs
Notice that glyphs are displayed crowdly, it becomes more obvious when increase size: charaters become overlapped on both sides.
I checked with mustang promotion builds b72 to b75, I could notice a bit difference in grid widths between builds, but they all looked ok, without any glyphs overlapping.
The problem seems only shows with this PIT build, and with the latest i18n nightly build 2006-03-09.mustang
It does not happen on RHAS 3.
As commented by Yuriko, the problem shows when the system locale was zh_TW.utf8, but the locale was set to ja_JP when running the demo application.
If just execute the demo in the same system locale, the problem does not appear.
Not a bug, closing ...
