(ch) test/java/nio/channels/Selector/Wakeup.java broken

The header comment of this test is mangled, causing jtreg to skip it.
If the header is fixed, it won't compile because of (currently) illegal use of a super()
call.
If the super call is fixed the test fails outright on Solaris and hangs elsewhere.
The root cause of the failure/hang is related to InterruptedIOException but hasn't been
detailed yet.
