Operating System Configuration Information (be specific):
        Windows XP Professional SP2

      Hardware Configuration Information (be specific):
Intel Pentium III, 730 Mhz, 384 Mb RAM

      Bug Description:
When performing drag-and-drop on a deactivated window,
the window borders become colored as if it was activated.

      Steps to Reproduce (be specific):
Run the BasicDnD example from the Java Tutorial with
Java WebStart. Display also another application (e.g. the
       command prompt).
Then select an item in the Jlist, and start dragging.
Before dropping, pess ALT-TAB and select the window of the
        other application. It becomes active.
The mouse, however, if kept on the BasicDnD window shows
that it is performing drag-and-drop: place it in the JText
area and release it. The borders of the window become
darker as if it became active. However, the active window
is the other one (you can see it typing some characters).

      See the attached screenshot.
