Solaris Install jtrees not updating properly with java 1.6

This was found during regression testing of Solaris Install with SUNWj6rt (anticipating that it will soon become the default in Solaris).

We have several panels that display jtrees. With java 1.5, if we select a branch node in its expanded state, then the children of that node are also selected. See attachment jtree_1.5.rs. However, if we do the same thing with java 1.6 (we've tried builds 86, 94, and 96), the child nodes do not appear to be selected (although they are). See attachment jtree_1.6.rs. If you refresh the window, the problem clears and you can see that the child nodes are indeed selected.

Similarly, if you go from a state where all children and the parent are selected, and you deselect all of the children, the parent does not appear to be deselected until a refresh is done. Or if you start with everything selected and then deselect the parent, the children do not appear to be deselected until a refresh is done.

The transitions back and forth to "partial" selected states have similar problems.

This affects several panels of the Solaris Installer and needs to be fixed.
