When selecting a toggle button in JCP, the previous toggle button isn't repainted.

How to reproduce:

Open Java control panel, under Advanced tab, click on Java console:
- there are three values for JToggleButton, and only one should be selected, but you can able select all of them

How to reproduce:

Open Java control panel, under Advanced tab, click on Java console:
there are three values for JToggleButton, and only one should be selected, but now you can able select all of them.
With JDK 6 Build 105 on Vista. The only way that a user can invoke a Java console is to right-click the Java icon from the System Tray and specifically open a Java console. Otherwise, Java console will not be shown.
