dropLocationForPoint implementations should be moved into the UI

    Description

      JTable, JList, JTree, JTextComponent all implement a dropLocationForPoint method. These implementations assume a certain structure of the component, which could be different under different UIs. As such, I suggest moving the implementation into the UI.
