REG: Frame components dn't gain focus after the clicking trayicon ballon.

I have a frame which has some components. When the frame is visible , i am adding a trayicon to the systemtray. when i click on a button to display the ballon, the ballon is visible immediately the frame button loses the focus. I am clicking on the ballon & then clicking on the frame , but the frame component dn't gain the focus again. I have to click on some native window & then i have to click on the frame to regain the focus.
This works fine in jdk1.6.0 jdk1.6.0 UR builds even it works fine in jdk1.7.0 till b07, but fails from jdk1.7.0 b09 onwards , Hence its a regression.

Step to reproduce:

1) Run the attached program.
2) Click on the "Display Message" button. Ballon is visible. Observe that button loses the focus.
3)Click on the ballon so that ballon gets disappear.
4) Click on the frame. Observe that "Display Message" button dn't gain focus. If you see the same then the bug is reproduced.
5) Click on any components on the frame , that components dn't gain the focus.
