Two GC tests time-out on Solaris 64 bit platforms

Failing tests are :

gc/vector/LinearListLow
gc/vector/CircularListLow

Fail on 64bit-solsparc and 64bit-solamd64 platforms. Time out with 6u3-b01 hotspot bits (close to 6u3-b01). Results location :
