Windows, GTK: Internal frame title is drawn wrong if the frame has RTL orientation

      Description

        javax\swing\JInternalFrame\4134077\bug4134077.java fails.
        The following scenarios are not satisfied in the above test.

        1. In RTL orientation the IFrame title is not clipping with "..." and also the title is going slightly outside of the frame in the left side while resizing the window in xp and vista look and feels.Its working fine with metal look and feel. Ref:IFImage1.gif

        2.In xp and vista look and feel the IFrame title is going behind the window controls while resizing the window and looks ugly.Ref:IFimage2.gif

        The bug exists in GTK Look and Feel too. Internal frame title is drawn improperly when it has RTL orientation. See GTK_RTL_internal_frame_bug.jpg in the attachment. The modified test for GTK is in the attachment too.
