Spanish language names not compliant with CLDR

While testing the fix for CR 6275682, I've came across several country names that are inconsistent with CLDR. There are probably more incorrect names than listed, I will update the bug later on. The correct names are as follows:

gv - gaélico manés
ig - igbo
ii - sichuan yi
kg - kongo
ki - kikuyu
kj - kuanyama
lu - luba-katanga
nb - bokmal noruego
nd - ndebele septentrional
nn - nynorsk noruego
nr - ndebele meridional
os - osético
se - sami septentrional
ty - tahitiano
