Date and Time mixed up in german Control Panel

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Time and Date in the note about last the update in Java Control Panel are mixed up in the german version.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Control Panel (Windows) -> Java -> Update ("Aktualisierung") -> look at the bottom of the window...

ACTUAL -
Note about last update (bottom of the window): date and time mixed up

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
German langauge specialist in WPTG confirmed that this was not a defect and all are ok on the latest version.
