Java Update dialog does not match the spec.

      Description

        During java update from 1.5.x or 1.6.0 to 1.6.0_03 b4 a dialog and a bubble
        popup indicating a update is available. This dialog does not match to the
        spec that received. The title text is different from the one in the spec.

        We are using the spec from:
        http://xdesign.sfbay/projects/java/j2se/consumer/Update/update_oo.html
        Title of the dialog is ok with the correct text, i.e. "Java Update Available".
        But the first line in the dialog is not. It is "Java Update Available" instead of
        "Update Available".
