      Description

        6582863 need to ask for Firefox restart if neededvv, is in fav status now. L10n will follow in 6u10. The CR is to track the l10n, it may be merged into other l10n CR to do the message synch in batch.
        6584442 PIT : The custom setup dialog does not match with the spec, is also in fav status in b10 and will be integrated in b10. The l10n change is also in ISString.idt, same as 6582863. I'll integrate the l10n of the two CR fixex together for same resource file, ISString.idt.
