    Description

A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
Windows vista has added a security system that it's very similar to what WebStart has been doing. Applications now should include manifests which state the application needed privilleges. As WebStart applications are already doing that, it would be cool (if it's posible) to have Vista take into account the privileges requested (and granted) by a Web Star application.

This means that the Java plugin should be run with all privileges granted, because it will have its own security system instead of Vista's.

      JUSTIFICATION :
This enhancement is necessary because we can't include a "manifest" in a WebStart application, and some applications need to work outside of the sandbox (e.g. auto-updating applications, apps that try be able to work for all the users in a system, runing from the "system cache").
