Due to auto-update automation breakage on Vista, we need to backout 6731728.
Only the 3 files in the deploy ws will be backed out:
src/plugin/win32/jupdate/checker/VersionXml.cpp
src/plugin/win32/regutils/UpdateConf.cpp
src/plugin/win32/regutils/UpdateConf.h
The manifest change to jucheck.exe in the install ws will stay in 6u10.
