5.0u17-rev-b05: Build was perfromed from an incorrect workspaces (5.0u17)

RE promotion would ideally perfrom a check from the hand-off workspace area:

   /net/jdk.sfbay/export/disk7/jdk5.0u17-rev/*

to the archived area:

  /net/j4b.sfbay/a/v02/jdk/1.5.0_17/rev/b11/j4b/ws/*

shortly after promotion to ensure that the correct workspace area has been built and archived.
