    Description

      Make all the Synth UI delegate classes public so people can extend them. This is a huge limitation for Nimbus at the moment which prevents any 3rd party component libraries like SwingX and JIDE from doing a Nimbus version. It is also causing problems for applications like Netbeans that need to extend components like JTabPane for adding a close button.
